What started as a boutique PPM/EPM consultancy evolved into something more ambitious: a proprietary application that diagnoses hidden processes that waste time and money, delivering a precise ROI analysis and a PMI-style automation roadmap in just 5 minutes.

The decision to pivot from personalized services to a scalable product was the hardest and most strategic one. It meant building the MVP with AI tools (Windsurf, LLMs), developing an in-house database and CRM in Notion to avoid premature costs, and managing development solo while keeping active consulting projects on track.

A client with an outdated analog phone system needed to migrate to a unified platform without disrupting daily operations. The real challenge was integrating IP phones, softphones, IVR, and call recording systems into a live infrastructure.

The key decision was to propose a controlled pilot in a critical area before mass deployment. That step — not in the original plan — allowed us to identify and resolve configuration conflicts that would have caused severe downtime. The pilot became the standard protocol for all subsequent implementations.

An academic research project with a concrete question: can artificial intelligence analyze the complete history of bills submitted to Argentina's Congress and identify patterns — which ones succeed, which fail, which parties have the highest conversion rate into law, how legislative priorities have evolved over time?

My role combined full project management (requirements, development, testing, deployment) with coordinating a 30+ person team in 100% remote mode. The complexity wasn't only technical — it was aligning multidisciplinary teams from political science and technology around shared timelines and objectives.
